Founded in 2019 by a former senior nail tech of The Nail Spa, SOAK was built for women who travel for a living and notice everything — cuticle clean, lash angle, the temperature of the wax. The kind of place an Emirates crew member tells two friends about, and never the algorithm.
We hold one appointment slot per ten minutes — never two clients on one technician. We answer the WhatsApp ourselves. The kettle is always on.
